Service Delivery:
While we will make every effort to honor the date and time requested for the delivery of your Singing Valentine, exact timing may vary due to traffic, scheduling constraints, and other unforeseen circumstances. The Oceanaires reserve the right to adjust delivery times as necessary. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery to be eligible for a refund. Service fees related to payment processing are non-refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable. If we are unable to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, unsafe conditions, or recipient unavailability), we will attempt to reschedule or issue a partial refund at our discretion. No refunds will be honored after Monday, February 10, 2025.
Recipient Availability:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the recipient is available at the provided address during the scheduled delivery window. If the recipient is not present upon our arrival, we will leave the card and stuffed bear at the delivery location, and the singing portion of the service will be considered fulfilled.
Safety and Accessibility:
Our singers travel by car and require reasonable access to the delivery location and accessible parking. Deliveries may not be possible in areas with restricted access, unsafe conditions, or locations that violate local ordinances. In such cases, we will contact the customer to discuss alternatives.
Recording and Sharing:
Customers and recipients are welcome to record performances. By signing up for the service, you grant The Oceanaires permission to photograph or record performances for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the delivery.
No Warranty or Guarantee:
The Oceanaires make no guarantees regarding the emotional or personal response of the recipient. The customer accepts full responsibility for ensuring the recipient is comfortable receiving this type of gift. Refunds will not be issued based on recipient preference or reaction.
Liability Waiver:
By signing up for this service, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Oceanaires, its members, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the delivery or performance of the Singing Valentine, including but not limited to property damage, injury, or other issues encountered during the service.
