You'll leave with fresh self-awareness and practical strategies to boost team performance, enhance communication, and build more cohesive teams.

A fun way of implementing what you've learned in the afternoon, through a team-based activity that combines orienteering, outdoor treasure hunts and a range of testing challenges to get you exploring Edinburgh - brought to you by Maximillion Events. Continue the conversations over creative and exceptional catering from Heritage Portfolio in the iconic Mansion House at Edinburgh Zoo.
DAY TWO: 11th March - 9:30am - 4:30pm

Day 2, hosted at Brewhemia will focus on overcoming obstacles, thinking creatively and providing you with actionable takeaways to elevate your events. Education takes place in the form of 10 minute engaging TED-style talks from Goc O'Callaghan, Bev Osborne, Lynsey Greggain-Smith and Alastair McCall & David Roberts, followed up by mini 'crowd sourcing of ideas' workshops based on each talk, involving you directly in the conversation.
MP and Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Events Martin Rhodes joins us to hear the challenges and opportunities facing Scotland’s MICE sector, and take clear, actionable asks back to Westminster.
Meet top event suppliers from across the UK in an informal setting who will help you unlock and achieve your event goals. Wellness is incorporated throughout the day, from Disco Yoga to reflective breath work & quiet spaces to unwind. Topped off with exceptional food and drink all day, we'll close the event with an epic after party to celebrate EXPERIENCEit Edinburgh the right way!
