The Oceanaires rehearse and perform as a chorus, but we also serve as the host to a number of barbershop quartets.
We are a member of the Far Western District of the Barbershop Harmony Society and participate annually in regional competitions.
The Santa Monica Oceanaires are a 501.C3 Charitable Organization, an official chapter of The Barbershop Harmony Society (BHS), formerly known as The Society for the Preservation Encouragement of Barbershop Quartet Singing In America (S.P.E.B.S.Q.A).
